Every GiftMyPrint keepsake is made especially for you, using your own photographs, words and memories. Because each order is individually personalised, production begins shortly after your order is placed before being carefully packaged and delivered to your chosen address.

  • Production

    Every keepsake is individually personalised and professionally produced after your order is placed. Unlike mass-produced products, each piece is created specifically for you, helping to ensure your keepsake is as meaningful as the memories it celebrates. Production times vary depending on the product you've chosen, but estimated delivery dates are always shown before you complete your purchase.

  • Delivery Times

    Below are estimated delivery times and can be subject to change:

    United Kingdom - 4-7 Business Days

    United States - 5-7 Business Days

    Australia - 4-7 Business Days

  • Tracking

    As soon as your keepsake has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow its journey right to your door.

  • Packaging

    Every keepsake is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Whether you're ordering for yourself or sending directly to someone special, we want every delivery to feel like opening something meaningful.

  • Delays

    While we always aim to deliver your keepsake within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including courier networks, customs processing or busy seasonal periods.
