Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns for any of our products.

However, every order comes with a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not happy with your prints.

If you are not happy with your order you must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order to contact@giftmyprint.com.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

We will provide a full refund once we have received the above.

 

How to Request a Refund

We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days with no questions asked.
